Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 7 pcs hotdogs
- 1 pc chili, chopped
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup banana ketchup
- 2 tbsp butter
- ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Procedures:
Step 1
In a heated pan, melt the butter.
Step 2
Add the hotdogs. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. When done, remove the hotdogs from the pan then set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add the onion and chili. Sauté until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the hotdogs back to the pan.
Step 5
Add the oyster sauce then stir.
Step 6
Add the ketchup and ground black pepper then stir.
Step 7
Turn off heat then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy your stir-fried hotdogs!
