Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 500 g ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 100 g misua noodles
- 1 small patola (sponge gourd), sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Cooking Procedures:
Step 1
