Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion (medium-sized), chopped
  • 1 carrot (medium-sized), cut into 1 1/2″ cubes
  • 2 potatoes (medium-sized), cut into 1 1/2″ cubes
  • 1 pc Knorr chicken cube
  • 1 pack Knorr mushroom soup
  • 110g cheese, grated
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil


Cooking Procedures:

Step 1

In a pot, heat vegetable oil.

Step 2

Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Dissolve the Knorr chicken cube and Knorr mushroom soup in water.

Step 5

Pour over the chicken and let it simmer.

Step 6

Add the potatoes and carrots. If the sauce becomes too thick, add more water. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Top with grated cheese. Serve and enjoy your creamy chicken pastel!
