Chicken Pasta in Alfredo Sauce is a unique heavy pasta meal. You will absolutely love its luxuriously rich and creamy sauce!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1 lb penne or fettuccine pasta
- 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Procedures:
Step 1
Cut chicken breast into small strips then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium fire, heat olive oil. Add the chicken. Cook until cooked through. Remove from heat when done.
Step 3
Steam cherry tomatoes & green peas for 1 to 2 minutes then set aside.
Step 4
To make the Alfredo sauce: in a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat while stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Do not boil.
Step 5
Mix the chicken with the Alfredo sauce.
Step 6
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
Step 7
Pour the sauce over the pasta. Garnish with steamed cherry tomatoes & green peas.
Step 8
Serve while hot and enjoy your Chicken Pasta in Alfredo Sauce!
