Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 whole lobster (about 500–700g), pre‑cooked or steamed
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: grated cheese (parmesan or quickmelt), paprika, chili flakes
Cooking Procedures:
Step 1
Split the lobster in half lengthwise. Remove the vein and clean the cavity, keeping the meat intact.
Step 2
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Coat the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture. If you want it extra indulgent, sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 4
Place on a tray and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges get lightly browned.
Step 5
Drizzle more melted butter, add lemon wedges, and enjoy with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
