Choco jelly on top of the cream jelly. You should try this recipe of BLACK SAMBO! It is super delicious, promise!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
For Cream Layer:
- 2 sachets Knox gelatine
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 pack all-purpose cream (250ml)
- 1 can condensed milk (14oz)
For Chocolate Layer:
- 2 sachets Knox gelatine
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 pack all-purpose cream (250ml)
- 1 can condensed milk (14oz)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Cooking Instructions:
For Cream Layer:
- Dissolve 2 sachets of Knox gelatin to 1 cup of cold water.
- In a cooking pot over medium heat, add the all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well.
- Add the dissolved gelatin then stir continuously for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Transfer to heat-resistant plastic cups or tempered glasses.
- Either chill for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes to set.
For Chocolate Layer:
- Dissolve 2 sachets of Knox gelatin to 1 cup of cold water.
- In a cooking pot over medium heat, add the all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and chocolate syrup. Mix well.
- Add the dissolved gelatin then stir continuously for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled cream layer.
- Either chill for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes to set.
- Top with some chocolate syrup before serving if preferred. Enjoy your black sambo!
