Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 pc medium carrot (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pc small onion (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Procedures:
Step 1
In a heated pan (medium fire), melt the butter.
Step 2
Add the garlic and onion. Sauté until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the carrots. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the corn kernels. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 5
